摘要:
数字地球集多源影像技术、三维可视化技术以及宽带技术于一体,为城市规划提供了强大的技术支持。以Google Earth为例,系统分析其在规划基础资料提供、规划相关指标定量分析、公众参与、规划项目动态监测、规划分析与漫游体系、规划教育创新方法以及设计灵感激发等方面的应用。采用Google Earth COM API与KML两种扩展接口,以Microsoft Visual C++6.0为开发平台,开发基于Google Earth的曲阜城市总体规划信息系统。
Abstract:
Digital earth provides a strong technical support for urban planning through the integration of multi-source image technology, three-dimensional visualization technology and broadband technology. This paper takes Google Earth as an example and systematically analyzes its applications, including the provision of planning-related basic data, quantitative analysis of planning-related indicators, public participation, dynamic monitoring of planning projects, planning analysis and roaming system, innovative approaches to planning education and trigger of design inspiration. By using two extension interfaces of Google Earth COM API and KML and with Microsoft Visual C + +6.0 as development platform, Qufu urban master planning information system is developed based on Google Earth.
