摘要:
利用基于空间光调制器(SLM)的动态全息技术,能够产生高轨道角动量的光学涡旋,在光学微操纵中具有更大的优势。针对动态全息技术产生的光学涡旋存在强度调制这一现象进行了研究,通过分析SLM的相位调制机制,主要讨论了SLM的相位调制范围对产生光学涡旋的影响,结果表明:SLM的相位调制范围偏离理想值是产生光学涡旋存在强度调制的原因;SLM相位调制范围与产生的光学涡旋场强度对比度在一定范围内基本成线性关系。对光学涡旋场的最大、最小强度变化情况也做了讨论。
Abstract:
By using dynamic holographic technology based on spatial light modulator (SLM), an optical vortex can be generated with very high orbital angular momentum, which has greater advantages in optical micro-manipulation. This paper proposes to research the reasons for the generated optical vortex of intensity modulation. Through the analysis of SLM’s phase modulation mechanism, the influences of the SLM’s phase modulation range are investigated on the generation of optical vortices. The results show that the deviation from the SLM’s ideal phase modulation range results in the intensity modulation of the optical vortices. The SLM’s phase modulation range has the basic linear relationship with the intensity contrast of the optical vortices within a certain range. The maximum and minimum intensity changes are also discussed of the optical vortices.
