摘要:
建设低碳生态城市,不仅是减少碳排放、改善人类生活环境的重要途径,更成为当代城市建设和研究的热点和前沿,而低碳生态规划是低碳生态城市建设的基础和前提。本文以陈家镇低碳国际生态社区、虹桥商务区为例,阐述了上海近几年在低碳生态规划方面的实践进展,从规划目标、设计理念、低碳生态控制性指标、规划布局、城市设计、管理体系与机制等方面总结了上海低碳生态示范区建设的经验,进而对我国低碳生态城市的规划建设提出了改进建议。
Abstract:
 Building low carbon eco-city is not only the important way of reducing carbon emissions and improving human living environment, but also the hotspot and frontier of contemporary urban construction and research, while low carbon eco-planning is the basis and precondition of low carbon eco-city construction. The essay elaborates the practical progress in low carbon eco-planning in Shanghai in recent years by taking two districts as examples: international low carbon eco-community of Chenjiazhen, Hongqiao business district. Then it summarizes the experiences of low carbon eco-demonstration areas in Shanghai in the following aspects: planning objectives, design concepts, low carbon eco-controlling indexes, planning layout, urban design, management system and mechanism etc. Finally the article puts forward some suggestions for improving the planning and construction of low carbon eco-city in our country.
