摘要:
结合济南市历下政务大厦的外立面工程改造,探讨了在既有高层办公建筑外立面改造中同步实施外墙节能改造的思路和方法。通过对该建筑外围护结构的现状调研,分析确定了适合该工程的保温方式和保温材料,重点研究了外墙外保温节能改造的细部构造做法,并针对细部节点设计中经常出现的问题,提出了相关技术解决措施。从检测结果与业主反馈表明,该项目的节能改造工作有效的提高了室内舒适度,且降低能耗效果显著。
Abstract:
With the envelope reconstruction project of Jinan Lixia District Office Building as a case, the paper discusses the simultaneous implementation of exterior wall energy-saving construction in the high-rise office building facade renovation. Based on the investigation of the present situation of building envelope structure, it identifies a suitable method of insulation methods and insulation material and focuses on energy-saving reconstruction details of external wall thermal insulation. According to the recurring problems, it puts forward some technical measures. From the test results and clients’ feedback, the project improves effectively indoor comfort and reduces evidently energy consumption.
