摘要:
适度发展东西向住宅是推进住宅建设集约化发展的重要途径,本论文探讨寒冷地区东西向住宅的实践价值及设计规律,以为贯彻国家节能省地住宅产业策略提供思路。论文探讨了东西向住宅的节地可行性、气候适应性和市场适应性;结合对该类住宅发展演进的研究,指出东西向住宅已成为当今住宅区建设的重要组成部分;进而,通过对住宅户型五种典型布局形式的总结,提出了寒冷地区东西向住宅的适应性设计模式。
Abstract:
Moderate development of east-west residence is an important way of promoting intensive development of housing construction. In order to implement national energy-saving and land-saving residential industry strategies, the paper has studied the adaptive design of east-west residence in cold area. It discusses the land-saving feasibility, the climate adaptability and the market adaptability of this kind of house. Secondly, with the research on the evolution of east-west residence, the conclusion is drawn that the east-west residence is one of the most important ways of housing construction now. Finally, we put forward the adaptive design mode of east-west residence in cold area through summarizing five kinds of typical layout.
