摘要:
为了获得大口径梯形冲击钻头在反复冲击岩底后,钻头断裂的端面位置,本文利用SolidWorks有限元建模软件对冲击钻头进行实体建模,利用Simulation分析软件进行计算机仿真研究。通过掉落测试分析,得出了冲击钻头在与地面发生碰撞的过程中各梯形端面的应力变化情况,仿真得出阶梯2和阶梯3端面受冲击力较大易发生断裂损伤,与冲击钻头在实际应用中的断裂情况基本相符。
Abstract:
In order to obtain the fractured end face of the large-diameter trapezium percussive drill after its repeated impacts against the rock bottom, the drill solid model is made by SolidWorks finite element modeling software and a computer simulation study of the drill is carried out by the simulation analysis software in this paper. Through a drop test analysis, the stress changes of each trapezoid face are shown. The step 2 and the step 3 are prone to fracture damage due to the larger impact force, which matches the actual situation.
