摘要:
滚珠丝杠返向器的回珠槽半径是影响返向器工作性能的重要参数。 以有限元仿真分析软件ANSYS为基础, 建立端盖式滚珠丝杠反向系统的三维仿真模型, 并通过优化求解器对反向器的关键几何参数进行了优化计算, 经过比较分析优化数据, 得到回珠槽内表面考查点应力最小时的回珠槽轨迹半径和其截面半径之比。 结合实际试验台的试验结果比较分析, 优化后的返向器回珠槽内表面的最大应力明显减小, 初步实现设计参数的优化设计。
Abstract:
The radius of the return tunnel of the reflector is an important parameter influencing the performance of the reflector. The three-dimensional simulated model of the circle system of the capped ball screw is set up in ANSYS. The key geometric parameter of the turner is optimized through the optimization solver. The ratio of the radius of the reflector channel track to the radius of the section of the channel is obtained when the stress at observation point along the inner surface of the reflector channel is smallest. Through the comparative analysis of the actual test results, the maximum stress along the inner surface of the return tunnel of the reflector decreased obviously. The optimal design  parameters are achieved preliminarily.
