摘要:
反射裂缝是沥青路面的主要病害之一,设置沥青应力吸收层是预防反射裂缝的重要措施之一,沥青结合料是应力吸收层沥青混合料的重要组成部分。文章分析了反射裂缝产生与扩展的机理,交通荷载及温度作用是引起反射裂缝的主要原因,提出了防治反射裂缝的措施,通过沥青常规试验及SHRP沥青试验对某高速公路半刚性沥青路面应力吸收层沥青混合料选用的沥青进行了性能评价,结果显示其各项指标都达到了技术要求,能够满足应力吸收层对沥青结合料原材料的要求。
Abstract:
The reflection crack is one of the major problems in asphalt pavement. Seting asphalt stress absorbing layer is one of the most important measures to prevent reflection cracks while the asphalt binders are the main components of the stress absorbing layer. The paper analyses the cause of reflection cracks and their extension mechanism: The reflection cracks are mainly caused by the factors such as traffic load and temperature action. The prevention measures are also pointed out. The evaluation of the asphalt performance is carried out by normal and SHRP asphalt tests for stress absorbing layer asphalt mixture of a highway semi-rigid pavements. From the experimental results, it is concluded that the asphalt characteristics meet the requirements of stress absorbing layer mixture and all the performance indices meet the requirements of technical items and the requirements of the stress absorbing layer for the asphalt binder..
