通过现场试验及理论分析,针对滨州地区的特殊地质情况,分析了后压浆桩的受力性状、控制参数及应用价值,研究了后压浆技术在黄河冲积平原地区的施工工艺和承载力确方法。结果表明:压浆桩承载力可按照《公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范》 (JTGD63—2007)推荐公式计算, 和 取上限值;对于单桩压浆压力设计,据施工经验宜控制在1.5~2.0MPa,压浆量取2~3t;压浆技术对桩基承载力的提高幅度在25%~60%之间,相比于传统工艺沉降减小100%~200%,节约造价23%~34%。
Abstract:
Through field tests and theoretical analysis for the special geological conditions in Binzhou district, analysis of the post-grouting pile mechanical property, control parameters and application are analyzed to study the post grouting in the Yellow River alluvial plain of the construction process and the results show that the bearing capacity of post-grouting pile grouting pile can be calculated with the formula recommended from"Highway Bridge Design Code and Foundation" (JTGD63-2007) with  and  equaling the maximum. The press value should be controlled between 1.5 ~ 2.0 MPa and the quantity 2~3t according to work experience. Grouting Pile bearing capacity increases in the range of 25% to 60% whereas construction cost reduces by 23% to 34 % and settlement reduces by 100% ~ 200%, compared to the traditional technique.
