摘要:
利用TRIZ理论提供的解决技术冲突的解题模式,针对辊压机在单独工作过程中存在的磨损问题以及整个粉磨工作过程中存在的工艺复杂化问题进行了分析和研究,抽象出技术冲突,并通过查找冲突矩阵得出相应的解决方案。通过利用TRIZ理论提供的解题方法和流程, 可以得出:TRIZ理论可以帮助我们快捷、有效、全面的解决问题。所以,TRIZ理论同样可以有效地解决辊压机存在的其它问题,而且对整个水泥粉磨系统的改进也有重要的应用前景。
      
Abstract:
With the problem-solving method of TRIZ, three search analyzes or studies roller mill’s wearing problem and the process of complication in the grinding process and , he theory of technical conflicts is , obtained, and then the solving scheme is achieved by checking matrix of conflict. Through using problem-solving method and process of TRIZ, it is known that TRIZ theory helps solve problems quickly, effectively and comprehensively. Therefore, TRIZ theory also helps solve other problems of roller mill in working, which bears application prospect to improve the entire grinding system.
