摘要:
某框架-剪力墙高层办公楼局部进行轻钢结构加层,加层设计包括:结构可靠性鉴定、原结构验算、
增层钢结构设计、节点设计、抗震验算等。加层改造后,顶层的结构体系变为钢—混凝土混合结构,用MIDAS
建模对整体结构进行抗震分析是有必要的。分析的结果表明:结构在地震发生时将最有可能产生以混凝土
结构振动为主的平动振型,加层钢结构部分有可能发生局部振动,但概率很低。
Abstract:
A storey-adding design of light-weight steel structure that is made for a frame- shear
wall high-rise office building. The design includes specification for appraise of reliability
structures, original structure checking, the design of steel structure of additional story, node design,
seismic checking and so on. As a result of the design of storey-adding, the structure system of top
floor becomes the steel-concrete mixed structure, and it is necessary to use MIDAS to create
model to make the seismic analysis of the overall structure. The analysis shows that the structure
is most likely to produce translational mode of vibration giving priority to  concrete vibration, the
probability is low that storey-adding steel structure produces local vibration.
