摘要:
为了获得异型活塞的复杂型面,给出了拟合离散点的两种算法,采用阿克玛(Akima)算法拟合得到活塞的纵向型线,对活塞的纵向型线按轴向等距离插值;对活塞的横向截面型线采用周期样条曲线拟合,按周向等角度插值;根据所提算法采用VC++设计开发了异型活塞插值系统。 程序运行实验证实,本系统软件的界面友好、使用方便、插值精度较高,可满足各种型号活塞群部型面的插值要求,为活塞的数控加工提供足够的加工数据。
Abstract:
In order to get the complex surface of allotypic piston skirt, two kinds of fitting methods are given, which can fit discrete points In the program, first, the barreled profile of piston skirt is fitted for using the Akima algorithm and then the barreled profile is interpolated according to equal interval distance ; second, the varying ovality is fitted for using periodic spline curves and the varying ovality is interpolated according to equal interval angle; last, according to the proposed algorithm the system for interpolating the surface of allotypic piston skirt is designed through VC++. It is proved through an example that the system has a friendly interface and high-precision interpolation .The system can meet the interpolation requirements of various types of piston and can provide enough processing data for the NC machining of piston.
