摘要:
介绍了一种使用于Ni -Ni-Cr电镀生产线上的废水处理工艺。使用该工艺,镀铬清洗水可全部回收用于镀件漂洗,镀镍清洗水通过处理分离为可回用水和高镍水,可回用水可继续用于镀件漂洗,高镍水可直接返回镀镍槽用于电镀,既达到了电镀废水零排放,又避免了镀镍废水排放中的镍流失。
Abstract:
A kind of technology is introduced for wastewater treatment in electroplating production line . With the technology the washing water in chromium plating could be all recycled to rinsing the plating parts. The washing water in plating nickel can be separated into recycled water and high-nickel water; the recycled water may be used to rinsing the plating parts while the high-nickel water may be directly returned to the plating nickel tank for using in electroplating. The operation not only realizes the water zero discharge but also prevents the nickel loss from the discharge of plating nickel wastewater.. .
