摘要:
介绍了一种基于STC单片机的滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度检测系统,该系统采用串行A/D转换芯片TLC2543实现对测力传感器和电感测微仪输出信号的采集和处理。设计了以测力传感器输出信号为基准的刚度检测方案,并采用RS-232作为通信接口,对滚珠丝杠副的静刚度曲线进行实时显示。
Abstract:
In this paper, introduced is a static stiffness detecting system of ball screw based on STC89C52 and the output single of force transducers and inductance micrometer is acquired and processed by this system with the adoption of serial A/D convertor TLC 2543. The design employs the output single of force transducers as benchmark. The measurement system with RS-232 as the communication interface, can display the stiffness curve of ball screw.
